BNLGit
Public beta

Pay for repositories. Not seats.

BNLGit bills a metered credit wallet, not a per-person licence. Your plan buys a monthly pot of credits; repositories and storage draw it down. Adding a teammate costs nothing. And BNLGit is bring-your-own-key — you pay your LLM provider directly, at their price. We never mark up tokens and we never spend a key of ours on your code.

How the meter works

One credit is one US cent.

That is the whole pricing model. Your plan grants credits each month; these two meters spend them. Repository counts exclude generated .llm mirrors — a mirror adds storage, not a repository. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the month; topped-up credits do not.

MeterRateNotes
Repository $2.00 per month Each source repository. Summary mirrors are not counted again.
Storage $0.25 per GiB, per month First 2 GiB free. Git, LFS and attachments combined, rounded up.
Members Free Up to your plan’s limit. We do not bill per seat.
LLM tokens Free Bring your own key. Your provider bills you directly; we never mark up.

Run out mid-month and nothing is deleted: the workspace moves to read-only until you top up or the next grant lands. You can always clone, export and browse. Top-ups are bought in whole dollars and never expire.

14 days free · prices in US dollars

A card is required to start, and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Pick the plan you want to trial — you can change it later without losing anything.

Before you enter a card

Everything about the money, stated up front rather than discovered later.

What you pay, and when
Nothing today. The plan you pick — $12, $29 or $59 per month — is charged automatically 14 days after signup unless you cancel first. The exact amount and date are repeated in your welcome email.
Card required
Yes. A payment method is taken at signup and charged when the trial ends. Registration on the forge is closed — checkout is the only way an account is created, which is what keeps the open-registration abuse surface at zero.
Model costs are separate
Summary generation, bake-offs and cleanup analysis spend on your provider account under documented ceilings. Budget for our subscription plus your provider's bill.
If a payment fails
You keep full access, we email you, and you have 7 days to fix it. Only after that is sign-in suspended. Your repositories are never touched.
Cancelling
Any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Your repositories and .llm mirrors are Git repositories — git clone is a complete export. Data is retained 30 days after cancellation, then removed.
Refunds
If BNLGit does not do what our documentation says it does, mail hello@bnlgit.com and we will refund you.
Going over your credits
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you asking. The workspace goes read-only until you top up or the next monthly grant lands. Cloning, browsing and export keep working throughout.
Tax
prices in US dollars. Any tax that applies in your jurisdiction is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm — never added to a renewal without notice.

The binding documents are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The plain-language version is Billing and trial terms.

What this buys you

Every account runs on a Pro instance.

Pro is an instance-level property in BNLGit, not a per-seat upsell. So the whole feature set — MCP, bake-offs, the cleaner, the managed worker, fleet dashboards, reranking — is on for every beta account. You can verify that against the instance itself at GET /api/v1/bnlgit/capabilities, without signing in.

01 · No token markup

Your provider, your price

BNLGit never resells model capacity. You connect LiteLLM, OpenRouter, Fireworks, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and your spend goes to them at their rate.

02 · No runaway bills

Three ceilings, all bounded by default

Per run, per organisation in flight, and per organisation over a rolling 24 hours. Nothing generates itself, and any request that would spend is refused without explicit consent.

03 · No lock-in

The output is a Git repository

Summaries are files in a mirror repo you can clone, diff and grep with ordinary tools. If you leave, you keep them. There is no proprietary format to get out of.

04 · No surprises

The docs are public

All of the documentation, including the known limits, is readable without an account. Read it before you decide, not after.

Dedicated instances

Need it on your own hardware?

BNLGit Pro supports a single-customer deployment rather than shared multi-tenant hosting. That is not part of this public beta — during the beta we offer the hosted service only. If a dedicated deployment is a requirement rather than a preference, mail hello@bnlgit.com and say so; it changes how we prioritise.

Looking for a free, self-hosted edition instead? BNLGit Lite — released under AGPL-3.0-or-later — is planned but has not shipped yet. See the exact planned scope, or mail docs@bnlgit.com to hear the day it does.
